This role sits at the intersection of <b>strategy, institutional reform, and capital mobilization <\/b>, translating national priorities into actionable market strategies that can ultimately support financing platforms, investment vehicles, and sustained private-sector participation. This position plays a central role in shaping how governments catalyze new markets and sectors into sustained platforms that crowd in private capital over time. <\/p>\n<p>The Director will serve as a trusted counterpart to ministers, senior civil servants, sovereign entities, and development partners, while also building and leading high\u2011performing Advisory teams across EMEA. In addition to leading engagements, the role requires <b>P&#038;L responsibility <\/b>, and carries an expectation of <b>origination and relationship development <\/b> particularly with governments, sovereign institutions, and DFIs. <\/p>\n<p>The Director will both <b>build and scale an institutional advisory team <\/b> and <b>platform <\/b>. The Director will own the end\u2011to\u2011end delivery of national transformation advisory mandates, acting as a key builder of long\u2011term country relationships and a visible leader of the firm\u2019s advisory work. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Client Leadership &#038; Advisory Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end national and sectoral transformation engagements focused on private market development, investment, and institutional capacity building \u2013 with full accountability for outcomes and timelines <\/li>\n<li>Serve as day\u2011to\u2011day senior counterpart to ministers, permanent secretaries, sovereign CEOs, and senior government officials <\/li>\n<li>Translate national development priorities into coherent strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans with clear economic and institutional logic <\/li>\n<li>Carry revenue and P&#038;L responsibility for national transformation engagements, in coordination with Delivery and Finance teams. <\/li>\n<li>Navigate complex political, institutional, and multi\u2011stakeholder environments with judgment and discretion <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Engagement &#038; Team Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements <\/li>\n<li>Build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary Advisory teams across geographies <\/li>\n<li>Set analytical direction, synthesize insights, and ensure client\u2011ready outputs at the highest standard <\/li>\n<li>Act as engagement lead, including scope management, timelines, and senior\u2011level problem solving <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Private Markets &#038; Capital Pathways <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design strategies that enable private capital participation, including reforms related to regulation, institutions, market structure, and pipeline development <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sovereign funds, DFIs, foundations, and other partners to align strategy with financing pathways <\/li>\n<li>Support the evolution of advisory engagements toward durable platforms, programs, or investment mechanisms where appropriate <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Origination &#038; Platform Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead team responsible for proposal development, partnership formation, and long\u2011term client relationships <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain senior relationships with governments, sovereign institutions, DFIs, and global partners <\/li>\n<li>Originate new advisory opportunities independently or in collaboration with Government Relations and Senior Leadership team <\/li>\n<li>Represent the platform in regional and global forums as a credible senior leader. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12\u201318+ years of relevant experience in national transformation, economic development or private market development strategy <\/li>\n<li>Senior leadership experience at a top\u2011tier strategy consultancy, global development advisory firm or major development institution <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in national transformation strategy development, working directly with <b>ministerial\u2011level counterparts <\/b> and senior government stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Background in economic development and\/or private market development required.
