Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Principal will drive whole\u2011school strategy, academic performance, safeguarding, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring sustainable growth and regulatory excellence. <\/p>\n<h3>Key responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading strategic school improvement aligned with LEAMS Education\u2019s governance framework <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring high\u2011quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum for England <\/li>\n<li>Driving inspection readiness and full regulatory compliance (UAE authorities and British standards) <\/li>\n<li>Delivering measurable improvements in student attainment and progress <\/li>\n<li>Strengthening senior &#038; middle leadership capacity and succession planning <\/li>\n<li>Supporting enrolment growth, parent engagement, and brand positioning <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The ideal candidate will demonstrate <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven senior leadership experience within a UK Curriculum school <\/li>\n<li>A strong track record of improved inspection outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of IGCSE and A\u2011Level pathways <\/li>\n<li>Data\u2011informed strategic decision\u2011making <\/li>\n<li>The ability to inspire teams and build leadership capacity <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LEAMS Education offers a competitive tax\u2011free remuneration package, performance\u2011linked incentives, L&#038;D platforms and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and expanding education group. <\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates having masters in Education\/NPQH are invited to submit a comprehensive CV, leadership impact statement, and details of two professional referees. <\/p>\n<p>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
