They are into OCTG, line pipe, and specialty pipe for the oil &#038; gas industry. Reporting to: Managing Director. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and leads commercial strategy and provides commercial management and oversight for major competitive tenders and proposals during the pre-contract phase. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for leading pre-contract commercial proposal development and associated functions, including a variety of cost estimating, procurement, pricing, and partnering activities in coordination with other groups. <\/li>\n<li>Recognizing business opportunities and making proposal to clients. <\/li>\n<li>Strategically establishing, expanding, preserving, or improving company procedures, business flow, standards or policies. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee contractual obligations from capture phase to contract closure &#8211; ensure that the contractual commitments undertaken are relevant and consistent. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee projects and monitor plans to ensure deadlines are met, projects stay within budget and work is up to standard. <\/li>\n<li>Provide commercial leadership to the cross organizational team with involvement of Operation and Finance team as well as Commercial team ensuring the best financial outcomes for the group. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the periodical sales achievement and investigate the gap from our target.
