This role owns the end\u2011to\u2011end lifecycle of customer\u2011facing products, ensuring exceptional user experience, strong commercial returns, and seamless integration across Omniyat\u2019s ecosystem. <\/p>\n

The role combines strategic leadership with hands\u2011on product execution, working closely with design, engineering, CX, marketing, sales, and development teams to deliver best\u2011in\u2011class digital experiences aligned with Omniyat\u2019s ultra\u2011luxury positioning. <\/p>\n

Strategic Product Leadership <\/h3>\n

  • Define and execute the Group\u2019s digital, customer\u2011centric product strategy aligned with Omniyat\u2019s brand, growth ambitions, and long\u2011term innovation roadmap. <\/li>\n
  • Translate business and customer needs into a clear, prioritised product roadmap delivering ROI, brand elevation, and engagement. <\/li>\n
  • Identify and prioritise new product epics, features, and opportunities across the customer lifecycle. <\/li>\n
  • Build and evolve Omniyat\u2019s digital products into a scalable, modular ecosystem integrating internal services and third\u2011party platforms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Product Development & Delivery <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Own the full lifecycle of customer\u2011facing products across mobile, web, and internal\/external systems\u2014from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n
    • Partner with design, engineering, operations, CX, and marketing to deliver high\u2011quality, user\u2011centric products. <\/li>\n
    • Apply Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking methodologies to accelerate delivery and innovation. <\/li>\n
    • Leverage modern AI\u2011enabled product development tools to speed MVP development, testing, and releases. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Customer Experience & Innovation <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Act as the voice of the customer, using insights, data, and research to inform product decisions. <\/li>\n
      • Drive continuous improvement using metrics such as NPS\/NBS, feature adoption, and usability testing. <\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with Data and AI teams to embed intelligent capabilities, including personalisation, recommendations, and predictive features. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Stakeholder & Partner Alignment <\/h3>\n

        • Align product roadmaps with Omniyat business units and development objectives through regular engagement with senior leadership. <\/li>\n
        • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Development teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption. <\/li>\n
        • Manage and optimise relationships with external technology partners and vendors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Governance & Compliance <\/h3>\n

          • Ensure all products comply with UAE data privacy, cybersecurity, and real estate regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n
          • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Technology teams to uphold governance, security, and compliance standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Team Leadership & Capability Building <\/h3>\n

            • Build, mentor, and lead a high\u2011performing product team. <\/li>\n
            • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and product excellence. <\/li>\n
            • Establish product standards, rituals, and best practices to strengthen product maturity across the Group. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Performance & Budget Ownership <\/h3>\n

              • Own and manage the product budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI. <\/li>\n
              • Define, track, and report on key KPIs including delivery timelines, adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. <\/li>\n
              • Continuously refine the roadmap based on performance data and evolving business priorities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Skills & Experience <\/h3>\n

                • Strong hands\u2011on product execution skills across the full lifecycle. <\/li>\n
                • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive\u2011level communication skills. <\/li>\n
                • Deep understanding of luxury customer journeys and digital expectations. <\/li>\n
                • Ability to balance creativity, data, security, and commercial outcomes. <\/li>\n
                • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and modern product practices. <\/li>\n
                • Experience in real estate, PropTech, hospitality, or similarly complex asset\u2011based industries. <\/li>\n
                • Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, digital twins, or property\/asset management systems. <\/li>\n
                • Understanding of the real estate development and construction lifecycle. <\/li>\n
                • Familiarity with AI\/ML\u2011enabled product features and modern product experimentation tools. <\/li>\n
                • Knowledge of UAE regulatory, data privacy, and real estate environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
