  • Define and execute global sales strategy <\/b> aligned with business goals <\/li>\n
  • Drive revenue growth <\/b> through retail acquisition & IB partnerships <\/li>\n
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing international sales teams <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Develop and expand IB & affiliate networks <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Acquire and manage high-net-worth clients (HNI) <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Analyze market trends & competition to identify growth opportunities <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Track and optimize performance using data-driven KPIs & analytics <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s in Business \/ Finance \/ Economics (MBA preferred) <\/li>\n

    • Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership roles <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Experience managing international sales teams <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Strong track record in IB partnerships & client acquisition <\/b> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
