The role ensures workforce strategies, Emiratization outcomes, and employee lifecycle services are executed with consistency, compliance, and operational excellence, aligned with UAE labour regulations and business objectives. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with manpower plans, workforce priorities, and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Define and govern recruitment operating models, sourcing strategies, and hiring frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee Emiratization hiring programs and national workforce initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Establish internship and graduate programs to build future talent pipelines. <\/li>\n<li>Govern recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manpower Planning, Budget &#038; Outsourced Workforce <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee utilization of approved manpower budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Govern outsourced workforce contracts, renewals, onboarding, and exits. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and SLAs. <\/li>\n<li>Identify workforce optimization and cost-efficiency opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Employee Services &#038; HR Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle services. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliant administration of contracts, offers, visas, medical insurance, and registrations with MOHRE and GPSSA. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee total rewards processes including promotions and increments. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent application of HR policies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>HR Business Partnering &#038; Employee Relations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as strategic advisor to senior leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations processes. <\/li>\n<li>Support sensitive cases in coordination with Legal. <\/li>\n<li>Use workforce insights to drive corrective actions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting, Analytics &#038; Stakeholder Alignment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver executive-level HR reporting and analytics. <\/li>\n<li>Support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Audit, and Government Relations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Team Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop high-performing HR teams. <\/li>\n<li>Set performance objectives and accountability standards. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a service-oriented and compliant HR culture. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
