The role involves overseeing requirement gathering, sourcing, overseas agency coordination, deployment, post-deployment issue handling, and client relationship management while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower demands. <\/p>\n<p>This position holds full operational responsibility for delivering approximately 400+ manpower deployments per month across multiple international markets. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>A. Recruitment &#038; Operations Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead full-cycle international recruitment operations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee requirement analysis from 10+ active clients monthly. <\/li>\n<li>Develop recruitment strategies to meet bulk hiring targets. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor sourcing channels across Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Philippines, Indonesia, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Algeria and Eastern Europe. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and overseas labor regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B. Overseas Associate Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with overseas associate agencies to ensure timely sourcing. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain performance tracking of associates. <\/li>\n<li>Build strong international recruitment partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality control and screening standards are maintained. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>C. Client Relationship Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as primary escalation point for clients. <\/li>\n<li>Handle post-deployment issues professionally. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong long-term client relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic performance and delivery reviews with clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>D. Team Leadership &#038; Performance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage 25+ recruitment and operations staff. <\/li>\n<li>Set KPIs and monthly hiring targets. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct performance reviews and training programs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>E.
