We are looking for a Vice President of AI <\/b> to lead the design, delivery, and scale-up of AI at a enterprise organisation here in Dubai. <\/p>\n

Open to international talent – relocation available! <\/p>\n

This role is for a builder <\/b>, not a theorist – someone who has taken AI use cases from proof of concept through to real, operational deployment <\/b>, with measurable business impact. <\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap <\/li>\n
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases <\/li>\n
  • Lead AI initiatives from POC to production <\/li>\n
  • Design and deploy Agentic AI systems <\/b> that automate workflows and support decision-making <\/li>\n
  • Lead AI product and engineering teams <\/li>\n
  • Validate ROI and ensure AI delivers tangible business value <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What we\u2019re looking for <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Senior leadership experience in AI, data, or advanced digital roles <\/li>\n
    • Hands\u2011on experience with Agentic AI architectures <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Strong product and engineering leadership capability <\/li>\n
    • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and ROI <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Background can be B2B or B2C <\/b> – impact matters more than industry. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
