Program Management (Phased Delivery) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the delivery of large-scale operational transformation projects using a phased delivery model <\/li>\n<li>Define phase-wise scope, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and KPIs <\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage dependencies across phases to ensure smooth transition and continuity <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of each phase while maintaining alignment with the overall transformation roadmap <\/li>\n<li>Drive change control and ensure scope discipline across phases <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Transformation &#038; Digitization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the redesign and digitization of manual operational processes and workflows <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Operations, Business, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to define future-state processes <\/li>\n<li>Ensure solutions are primarily implemented within T24, NewGen Workflow, and approved peripheral systems <\/li>\n<li>Enable end-to-end straight-through processing through system integration across business functions <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for automation, control enhancement, and operational efficiency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Value Realization &#038; Success Storytelling <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define measurable success metrics and benefits realization for each phase and key deliverable <\/li>\n<li>Build and communicate success stories, including operational improvements, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and customer experience enhancements <\/li>\n<li>Prepare executive-ready summaries highlighting outcomes, lessons learned, and next-phase readiness <\/li>\n<li>Use delivered phases to build momentum, stakeholder confidence, and executive sponsorship <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder &#038; Team Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, developers, testers, and operations SMEs <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal stakeholders across Business, Operations, IT, Compliance, Risk, and Finance <\/li>\n<li>Lead governance forums, working groups, and steering committee meetings <\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Vendor, Contract &#038; Budget Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage the overall project budget across multiple phases <\/li>\n<li>Track forecasts, actuals, and variances at phase and program level <\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate financial reporting and cost transparency to senior management <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal financial and procurement policies <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting, Dashboards &#038; Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce high-quality project reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and executive audiences <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain dashboards covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization <\/li>\n<li>Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements <\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit-ready records <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills &#038;
