You will play a pivotal role in combining strategic advisory, commercial acumen, and delivery excellence, leading engagements that reimagine how enterprises operate, transform, learn, reskill, and perform. <\/p>\n<p>Your work will span discovery, solutioning, mobilization, execution, and value realization across major transformation portfolios. <\/p>\n<p>A core part of your mandate is to own service governance and portfolio controls across complex, multi\u2011vendor ecosystems. <\/p>\n<p>You will establish the governance framework \u2014including policies, forums, roles, operating cadences, and decision\u2011making frameworks\u2014 while enforcing process discipline and ensuring transparency and control across all workstreams. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Governance, Risk &#038; Compliance Expertise: Design and run the portfolio governance model (charters, RACI, decision rights, escalation paths, MBRs\/QBRs, steering committees). <\/li>\n<li>Set up PMO standards (methodology, planning, RAID, benefits, change control, dependency management). <\/li>\n<li>Establish financial governance (budget controls, P&#038;L view, forecasting, benefits tracking, commercial change). <\/li>\n<li>Lead audits &#038; compliance and formalize corrective action plans. Institute risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates; run independent health checks and tollgates\/quality gates. <\/li>\n<li>Program Delivery &#038; Leadership: Lead end\u2011to\u2011end delivery of digital, operational, and compliance transformation programs. Govern multi\u2011vendor environments, ensuring alignment on scope, delivery, milestones, and quality. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as an escalation point across cross\u2011functional teams and client stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Lead globally distributed teams with strong offshore\/onsite coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Define and implement performance scorecards and continuous and consistent value delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Sales &#038; Consulting Growth Leadership: Shape proposals, solution blueprints, and SoWs; contribute to deal strategy, commercial options, estimation, and orals. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with business development teams to identify, shape, and close multi\u2011million\u2011dollar consulting deals. <\/li>\n<li>Provide thought leadership that strengthens our market visibility. <\/li>\n<li>Build C\u2011suite relationships across industries to enable long\u2011term strategic engagements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enterprise Transformations: Demonstrated success leading ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation programs (e.g., SAP S\/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce). <\/li>\n<li>Enterprise Integration: Hands\u2011on experience managing API integration layers, middleware, and iPaaS platforms (such as MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO), including complex data exchange across enterprise systems. <\/li>\n<li>GenAI and Digital Innovation: Proven experience overseeing the design and deployment of GenAI\u2011enabled solutions such as knowledge assistants, workflow copilots, conversational AI, and content automation platforms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>18+ years of experience in PMO leadership and digital transformation program management, including establishing governance structures within multi\u2011vendor, cross\u2011functional environments. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to sell, orchestrate, and deliver multi\u2011million\u2011dollar, multi\u2011country transformation programs from strategy through execution. <\/li>\n<li>Strong capabilities in PMO governance, risk management, reporting, and senior stakeholder alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing core consulting programs such as IT strategy, enterprise roadmaps, and process transformation using tools like Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, or similar. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success leading large, cross\u2011functional global teams within complex matrixed and multi\u2011vendor delivery environments. <\/li>\n<li>Strong executive presence and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at C\u2011suite level and shape strategic dialogue. <\/li>\n<li>High personal impact, resilience, and gravitas, with the ability to guide clients through major decision points and organizational change. <\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic, solution\u2011oriented mindset, able to simplify complexity and deliver sustainable, outcome\u2011focused solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality across all deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams toward high performance and shared success. <\/li>\n<li>Comfort operating independently and in highly ambiguous, fast\u2011paced consulting environments. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating information clearly for diverse audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and superior written and verbal communication in English (must\u2011have); Arabic proficiency is preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Infosys Consulting <\/h3>\n<p>Be part of a globally renowned management consulting firm on the front\u2011line of industry disruption and at the cutting edge of technology.
