This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, process understanding, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. <\/p>\n<h3>Program Delivery &#038; Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and implement integration strategies for enterprise and cloud platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Lead end\u2011to\u2011end data migration programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal business disruption. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive data cleansing, profiling, and governance efforts. <\/li>\n<li>Design and oversee the integration of supplier and customer onboarding processes across enterprise systems. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all data security, privacy, and governance standards. <\/li>\n<li>Provide architectural leadership across digital transformation and system optimization initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance, Risk &#038; Compliance Expertise <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across delivery portfolios. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to risk frameworks, control libraries, and quality gates, including health checks and tollgate reviews. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sales &#038; Growth Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to solutions, proposals, estimates, and work breakdown structures. <\/li>\n<li>Provide delivery insights into commercial models, timelines, and staffing plans. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in project walkthroughs, demos, and client discussions to support presales and delivery assurance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, ERP\/CRM integration, and data migration. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics\u00a0365, SAP) and CRM platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of API modeling, event\u2011driven architecture, security frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP, and experience with data lakes. <\/li>\n<li>High personal impact, resilience, and the ability to influence stakeholders during major transformation efforts. <\/li>\n<li>Pragmatic, solution\u2011oriented mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and deliver sustainable outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in facilitating collaboration and motivating high\u2011performing teams. <\/li>\n<li>Strong capability in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and issues. <\/li>\n<li>Able to operate independently in fast\u2011paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining clarity and structure. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and information\u2011synthesis skills for diverse audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with strong English communication (required); Arabic proficiency is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Curious to learn more?
