Concentrate on developing a unified commitment of excellence in dealing with site and design team colleagues. <\/p>\n<h3>Company Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Works independently and as part of a team to complete specific supervision activities assigned. <\/li>\n<li>Review structural shop drawings, calculations, and method statements. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct site visits to monitor steel erection and resolve technical issues. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support during fabrication and installation phases. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve design discrepancies or structural challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Review RFIs and provide responses. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with international codes , Authority standards and project specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor construction works to ensure design intent is achieved in the construction phase to the minimum requirements required by approving authorities as the Local Consultant for the project. <\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly site progress meeting <\/li>\n<li>Collaborates\/communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and day-to-day supervision activities. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines, ensuring engineering solutions are cost-effective and aligned with financial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Able to represent the practice at project level. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to supervise a small team of engineers and technicians. <\/li>\n<li>Role will normally be as Project Engineer on projects of various sizes.
