The firm\u2019s Dispute Resolution practice is highly regarded, with a rapidly growing international arbitration group acting on complex, high\u2011value matters for States, State\u2011owned entities, and major commercial clients. <\/p>\n<p>The team has deep experience across all major arbitral institutions, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, GAFTA, LMAA, DIAC and others, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules and investor\u2011state matters before\u00a0ICSID. <\/p>\n<p>A particular strength of the group is its market\u2011leading post\u2011award practice. The firm is frequently instructed to pursue or defend award challenges in domestic courts, often in cases where other counsel acted in the underlying arbitration.
