The ideal candidate will bring extensive Roads &#038; Highways design expertise, deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards, authorities, and project requirements, and a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure projects across the emirate. <\/p>\n<p>As a senior technical leader, you will oversee major design programs, provide strategic direction, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest levels of technical excellence, quality, and client satisfaction. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<p><b>Technical Leadership &#038; Delivery <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning, design, and technical delivery of major <b>roads, highways, junctions, interchanges, and corridor development projects <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert guidance, review, and approval of design outputs including geometric design, pavement design, drainage, utilities coordination, and traffic engineering deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs comply with <b>Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) <\/b>, <b>DMT <\/b>, <b>ITC <\/b>, <b>UPC <\/b>, and other relevant authority standards and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation, digital engineering practices, and best\u2011in\u2011class design methodologies across projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Project &#038; Design Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Manage design teams, sub-consultants, and stakeholder interfaces to ensure smooth coordination and problem resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct technical risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Support business development through technical proposals, design strategies, and client presentations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Client &#038; Stakeholder Engagement <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a senior technical advisor to clients, government authorities, and project partners. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key Abu Dhabi stakeholders including DMT, ADNOC, DOT, and other major infrastructure entities. <\/li>\n<li>Lead technical meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, discipline leads, and project managers. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to capability development, training programs, and technical knowledge sharing across the Roads &#038; Highways team. <\/li>\n<li>Support recruitment and talent development initiatives within the Transport business. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering; Master\u2019s degree preferred. <\/li>\n<li>20+ years of experience in Roads &#038; Highways design, with at least 10 years in the UAE and significant experience in Abu Dhabi. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi authority standards, design manuals, and approval processes. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record delivering major highways, arterial roads, interchanges, and infrastructure corridor projects. <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy environment. <\/li>\n<li>Chartered\/Professional Engineer status (CEng, PE, or equivalent) highly desirable. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and client\u2011facing skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all. <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
