This role exists to bring focus, pace, and accountability to how digital supports the Sports business. You are embedded within Sports, while sitting inside DigiServe, GMG&#8217;s internal digital growth agency, acting as the clear bridge between brand ambition, commercial priorities, and digital execution. You own the digital agenda for Sports, shaping plans that drive conversion, gross profit value, and net operating profit, while ensuring fast activation of key commercial moments. You are strategic in thinking, hands-on in execution, calm under pressure, and credible with senior leaders. This is an individual contributor role, but one that operates at leadership level through influence, clarity, and ownership. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary digital point of contact for Nike within GMG. <\/li>\n<li>Be embedded within the Sports division, fully aligned to brand vision, trading priorities, and commercial goals. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with the Integrated Marketing Director to shape digital plans that deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Give Sports leadership confidence that digital is owned, understood, and progressing. <\/li>\n<li>Orchestrate e-commerce, omni-channel, and marketplace planning for Sports brands. <\/li>\n<li>Elevate the GTM process, translating brand and business strategies into clear digital roadmaps and executable plans. <\/li>\n<li>Identify growth opportunities and required investments, building clear cases for action. <\/li>\n<li>Balance delivery of current-year plans with building longer-term, sustainable growth. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with IMC and DigiServe capabilities to build connected, full-funnel consumer journeys. <\/li>\n<li>Increase marketing&#8217;s direct commercial impact by aligning digital activity to real consumer behaviour. <\/li>\n<li>Drive progress toward a single, shared view of the consumer across touchpoints. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure faster activation of key commercial moments, launches, and trading peaks. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate DigiServe capability teams (E-Commerce, Marketplace, BI &#038; Analytics, Digital Marketing, Content &#038; Social) to plan and execute effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Simplify complexity, remove blockers, and keep work moving at pace. <\/li>\n<li>Own the development roadmap, stepping in hands-on where required to keep momentum. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate fully with the Sports division, building strong, trusted relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Operate comfortably in a dual-reporting environment, managing priorities with clarity and confidence. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the DigiServe model as a true internal growth partner, not a service layer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills &#038;
