Join our team, experience making a difference and build your career! <\/p>\n<p><b>Regional Sales Director \u2013 Middle East <\/b>, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across the Middle East region, increasing market share by managing regional sales operations, developing key customer relationships, and expanding channel and project-based opportunities within oil &#038; gas, power, water, petrochemical, and process industries. <\/p>\n<h3>Primary Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and grow regional sales activities across the Middle East, including direct sales, EPC engagement, and channel partners <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market penetration, revenue, and profitability <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key EPCs, end users, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners <\/li>\n<li>Identify, pursue, and manage major project opportunities, including tender development, proposal reviews, and commercial negotiations <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate regional market performance and competitive positioning to support strategic decision\u2011making <\/li>\n<li>Set sales targets and ensure regional objectives are met relative to market conditions and competitive factors <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and performance expectations <\/li>\n<li>Support and manage agents, distributors, and channel partners to maximize regional coverage and effectiveness <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM systems <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular feedback to global leadership regarding market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and product development opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, technical conferences, and key customer meetings <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with engineering, service, operations, and product management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction <\/li>\n<li>Support the development of aftermarket and long\u2011term service opportunities across the region <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Middle East and GCC region <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>10 years of experience <\/b> in sales or business development within <b>industrial pumps, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial capital equipment <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of regional markets, EPC project environments, and large-scale industrial sales processes <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record leading regional sales teams and managing complex, high-value projects <\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, even in complex or challenging commercial environments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Ruhrpumpen, we value every employee, recognizing that each person contributes to our success through their position.
