Proven experience in concrete structure design and analysis. <\/li>\n<li>A qualified graduate engineer in Civil\/Structural Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s Degree\/Chartered Engineering will be an added advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a network of contacts on each contract. Concentrate on developing a unified commitment of excellence in dealing with site and design team colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Starting to develop network of contacts. <\/li>\n<li>Be an ambassador for the Company. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Works independently and as part of a team to complete specific supervision activities assigned. <\/li>\n<li>Review structural shop drawings, Calculations, and method statements. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct site visits to monitor steel erection and resolve technical issues. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support during fabrication and installation phases. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve design discrepancies or structural challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings. <\/li>\n<li>ReviewRFIs andprovide responses. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internationalcodes,Authoritystandardsand project specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Monitorconstruction works to ensure design intent is achieved in the construction phase to theminimumrequirements required by approving authorities as the Local Consultant for the project. <\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly site progress meeting <\/li>\n<li>Collaborates\/communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and day-to-day supervision activities. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines, ensuring engineering solutions are cost-effective and aligned with financial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Able to represent the practice at project level. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to supervise a small team of engineers and technicians. <\/li>\n<li>Role will normally be as Project Engineer on projects of various sizes. On major\/more complex projects could take the role of a Design Engineer. <\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for delivering work to a fee agreed with a Project Manager. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present client and project proposals to stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Supports inspection team to resolve any site activity issues. <\/li>\n<li>Adopts creative and innovative solutions to site problems\/clashes and develops appropriate supportive technical documentation\/research reports. <\/li>\n<li>To have very sound knowledge in design software like Etabs, Staad pro, IDEA StatiCa, SAP etc. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Company Role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have an understanding of our Business plan, mission statement and key challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of company procedures by taking an active role in task groups. <\/li>\n<li>Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within your team. <\/li>\n<li>Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system. <\/li>\n<li>Applying policies relating to health &#038; safety, quality and training <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Engineering Function <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Agree design philosophy\/design fundamentals. <\/li>\n<li>Review and comment on deliverables produced by Engineers &#038;
