We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing & Insights to support performance marketing growth while providing deep analytical insights into campaign efficiencies, budget allocations, and ROAS optimization, boosting CAC and LTV. <\/p>\n

Assist in defining and implementing a data\u2011driven performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Influencer channels. <\/p>\n
Drive ROAS optimization, acquisition efficiencies, and customer retention strategies by leveraging insights and predictive modeling. <\/p>\n
Contribute to investment allocation between all digital channels, balancing short\u2011term performance with long\u2011term brand growth. <\/p>\n
Oversee campaign execution, budget pacing, and best in class performance tracking to ensure all paid media investments align with business KPIs. <\/p>\n
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and commercial teams to recommend and test investment scenarios and media allocation strategies. <\/p>\n
Marketing Analytics, Insights & Forecasting <\/b> <\/p>\n
Collaborate with Data teams to enhance marketing performance reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and actionability. <\/p>\n
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns performance across various digital channels to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. <\/p>\n
Identify key marketing opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and use data to validate and present actionable solutions for improving customer lifetime value (LTV), acquisition efficiencies (CAC), and marketing spend effectiveness. <\/p>\n
Guide and present weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. <\/p>\n
Work closely with data engineering & BI teams to ensure seamless data integration from eCommerce, CRM, and app + web analytics sources into the data lake. <\/p>\n
Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketing space. <\/p>\n
Test and experiment with new digital platforms, ad formats, and technologies to find new opportunities for growth. <\/p>\n
7+ years’ experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, and \/ or growth marketing, preferably in eCommerce, retail or Travel, or DTC brands. <\/p>\n
Deep expertise in marketing mix modeling, marketing budget forecasting, and ROAS optimizations. <\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, Tableau, or other analytics tools. <\/p>\n
Hands\u2011on experience with performance marketing execution (Google Ads, Meta, Snap tiktok, Influencer, Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing). <\/p>\n
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools (bonus). <\/p>\n
Experience working cross\u2011functionally with Finance, Commercial, Growth, and Data Science teams. <\/p>\n
