You\u2019ll shape strategy, lead a high\u2011performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring robust risk management and governance. <\/p>\n<p>Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive IWPB\u2019s strategic growth across all customer segments and product lines in Abu Dhabi. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with functional heads, product heads, distribution heads, and the Private Bank to deliver business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate, agree and implement IWPB strategic plans by working with IWPB ExCo to agree Emirate specific business priorities. This includes rolling operation plans, cost saving targets and the implementation of the strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of business performance. <\/li>\n<li>Execute customer and product strategies with a laser focus on growing share of wallet in Wealth, acquiring high\u2011net\u2011worth clients, and reducing attrition. <\/li>\n<li>Represent HSBC with regulators, authorities, and key external stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial performance, cost management, and the delivery of cost\u2011saving initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and inspire a diverse team of c.100 FTE, fostering a high\u2011performance, values\u2011led culture. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with Group standards. <\/li>\n<li>Champion change initiatives and operational excellence, leveraging market insights and internal benchmarks. <\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in UAE IWPB leadership forums and risk committees. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements, Qualifications and Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven leadership experience managing a complex business unit with full P&#038;L accountability. <\/li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of IWPB products, services, and the external regulatory environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen to drive multi\u2011channel growth in line with the HSBC group strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. <\/li>\n<li>Ideally to have both front and back\u2011office experience within a global banking environment. <\/li>\n<li>Robust risk management background and financial\/accounting acumen. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of technology development and its application to business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy, structures and processes. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Graduation degree is a MUST to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For further details and application information please visit our careers site, searching under reference number (Req ID: 31194). <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll achieve more at HSBC. <\/p>\n<p>HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
