The role involves providing expert critical care for neonates, infants, and children with congenital and acquired heart diseases, including pre\u2011 and post\u2011operative cardiac surgical patients and complex interventional cardiology cases. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, advanced clinical expertise, and a commitment to multidisciplinary, family\u2011centered care. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Clinical Expertise <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver comprehensive critical care management for pediatric cardiac patients, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Pre\u2011operative stabilization and optimization <\/li>\n<li>Post\u2011operative care following congenital heart surgery <\/li>\n<li>Management of interventional cardiology cases <\/li>\n<li>Treatment of heart failure, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathies, and complex congenital heart disease <\/li>\n<li>Use of ECMO, mechanical ventilation, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Lead daily multidisciplinary PCICU rounds and coordinate individualized care plans. <\/li>\n<li>Interpret and manage complex diagnostic data including echocardiography, hemodynamic studies, and advanced imaging. <\/li>\n<li>Provide on\u2011call coverage for pediatric cardiac emergencies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Leadership &#038; Program Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the Pediatric Cardiac ICU service. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and update clinical protocols, pathways, and quality improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with pediatric cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and specialized nursing teams. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor junior physicians, fellows, and critical care nursing staff. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Family &#038; Patient Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate complex clinical information clearly and compassionately to families. <\/li>\n<li>Support families through decision\u2011making, long\u2011term care planning, and post\u2011discharge follow\u2011up. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a family\u2011centered, culturally sensitive care environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Academic &#038; Research Contributions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement projects. <\/li>\n<li>Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to CME programs and represent the department at conferences. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical Degree (MD\/MBBS) from a recognized institution. <\/li>\n<li>Board Certification in Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Cardiology, or Pediatric Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8\u201310 years of post\u2011specialization experience, including consultant\u2011level practice in a high\u2011volume pediatric cardiac center. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in managing complex congenital heart disease, ECMO, and post\u2011operative cardiac ICU care. <\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for Department of Health \u2013 Abu Dhabi (DOH\/HAAD) Consultant licensure. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English;
