In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting commercial activities while strengthening governance and regulatory frameworks in a highly regulated environment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide pragmatic legal advice to commercial and operational functions. <\/li>\n<li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly distribution and service contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Advise on indirect sales models and distributor lifecycle management. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on competition law, export controls, sanctions, and trade compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Manage local litigation and coordinate external legal counsel. <\/li>\n<li>Support corporate governance, data protection (GDPR), and regulatory compliance matters. <\/li>\n<li>Implement and oversee the Compliance Management System. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct compliance risk assessments and third-party due diligence. <\/li>\n<li>Support internal investigations and remediation measures. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliant interactions with healthcare professionals and public authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver training on compliance, anti-corruption, competition law, data protection, and export controls. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Law degree with admission to practice in Eastern Europe or Central Asia. <\/li>\n<li>7\u201310 years\u2019 legal experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry. <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in commercial contracting, particularly distribution and service agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in compliance programme management and anti-corruption frameworks (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act). <\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance, GDPR, and third-party risk management. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and training skills with a business-oriented mindset. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What\u2019s on Offer?
