You will translate business and product requirements into <b>secure, scalable, and compliant architectures <\/b>, with a <b>primary emphasis on GenAI and multi\u2011agent systems <\/b> &#8211; including <b>sovereign\/private LLM deployments <\/b>, <b>RAG <\/b> patterns, <b>agentic orchestration <\/b>, \u0648 <b>LLMOps <\/b> &#8211; while ensuring robust platform foundations across on\u2011prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments. You will collaborate with engineering, AI, DevOps, security, and product teams to drive architecture from strategy to production. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Strategic &#038; Client Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shape enterprise AI &#038; platform strategy and convert functional\/non\u2011functional requirements into GenAI\u2011first solution architectures (RAG, tool\u2011use, function\u2011calling, multi\u2011agent orchestration) with clear trade\u2011offs and compliance alignment. <\/li>\n<li>Present architectures and key decisions to senior stakeholders (including government entities); provide documentation and rationale to support design reviews and approvals. <\/li>\n<li>Govern architectural consistency across programs and promote reuse of shared platform services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Leadership &#038; Architecture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define end\u2011to\u2011end solution architectures (HLD\/LLD, data\u2011\/control\u2011flow, interface specs) across dev, staging, and production; ensure alignment across multiple applications and platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Design and oversee enterprise\u2011grade GenAI solutions, including private\/sovereign LLM deployments, RAG, model orchestration, and AI workflows with data classification, privacy, and governance baked in. <\/li>\n<li>Architect agentic AI solutions and multi\u2011agent systems, specifying patterns for agent planning, memory, tool\u2011use, and inter\u2011agent collaboration using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and workflow tools like n8n and Model Context Protocol (MCP). <\/li>\n<li>Establish security controls for AI and platforms (authn\/authz, token management aligned to enterprise identity standards; data protection; prompt handling; output safeguards) and lead inputs to threat modeling and VAPT. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing architectural governance through development, testing, and release; review designs\/implementations to ensure fidelity to the approved architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with DevOps to define CI\/CD pipelines, environment promotion strategies, observability\/monitoring\/logging, and operational readiness (scalability, resilience, and continuity). <\/li>\n<li>Support incident response and decision\u2011making during delivery to minimize operational risk and ensure SLO\/SLI alignment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People &#038; Capability Building <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary technical liaison across engineering, AI, DevOps, security, and product; mentor teams on architectural standards, documentation rigor, and secure\u2011by\u2011design practices. <\/li>\n<li>Codify and share reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails for GenAI, agentic AI, and platform services for reuse across programs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0644\u0641 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u062e\u0635\u064a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). <\/li>\n<li><b>8\u201115+ years <\/b> in solution\/system\/platform architecture with a track record delivering large\u2011scale <b>enterprise or government <\/b> platforms in regulated contexts. <\/li>\n<li>Proven breadth across application architecture, infrastructure, <b>security <\/b>, \u0648 <b>AI platforms <\/b>, including <b>GenAI <\/b> and model integration patterns. <\/li>\n<li>Deep experience with <b>Kubernetes\u2011based <\/b> platforms (on\u2011prem\/private cloud), <b>CI\/CD <\/b> and <b>infrastructure\u2011as\u2011code <\/b>, and secure API\u2011 and service\u2011oriented design. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead <b>security, compliance, and assurance <\/b> activities (authn\/authz and token patterns aligned with enterprise identity, threat modeling, and VAPT leadership). <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, problem\u2011solving, and the ability to operate in complex, multi\u2011party environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0631\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0641\u0636\u0644\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in government\/public sector or highly regulated industries; exposure to sovereign cloud, private AI platforms, or air\u2011gapped environments. <\/li>\n<li>Prior hands\u2011on experience in software engineering or DevOps roles, enabling pragmatic, implementation\u2011aware architectural decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Practical familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex), workflow tooling (n8n, MCP), and LLMOps evaluation\/guardrail patterns at enterprise scale. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Love About Working Here <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
