The role involves ensuring adherence to a number of Regulations, including consumer protection, outsourcing, corporate governance, licensing, client classification, suitability, and capital adequacy requirements. <\/p>\n<p>The Compliance Officer will be responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, implementing compliance frameworks, conducting compliance reviews, and engaging with regulators. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>1. UAE Central Bank Regulatory Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Consumer Protection Compliance: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the firm complies with UAE Central Bank Consumer Protection Regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee complaint-handling mechanisms and ensure fair treatment of customers. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct reviews of customer-facing policies, contracts, and disclosures to ensure compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Outsourcing Regulation Compliance: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure adherence to outsourcing regulations, including due diligence, contractual compliance, and risk assessment of service providers. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the firm\u2019s outsourcing arrangements and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Corporate Governance &#038; Employment Compliance: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee compliance with corporate governance requirements, ensuring board and management decisions align with regulatory expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor adherence to employment regulations, including fit and proper requirements for senior management and staff. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic training on corporate governance and compliance obligations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Licensing &#038; Regulatory Approvals: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the firm maintains valid SCA licenses and meets all regulatory obligations. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee licensing applications, renewals, and regulatory approvals for new business activities. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with SCA on regulatory queries and ensure timely submission of required reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Client Classification &#038; Suitability: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with client classification regulations, including high-net-worth individual (CB UAE) and professional\/ordinary investor (SCA). <\/li>\n<li>Monitor adherence to suitability and appropriateness assessments for investment products and financial services. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic internal audits and controls to verify compliance with client categorization rules. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Capital Adequacy &#038; Financial Requirements: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee compliance with capital adequacy requirements (as a LOD2 in collaboration with the Risks Management Team which holds primary technical compliance responsibility). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.
