The role delivers safe, ethical, and patient\u2011centred care within a busy outpatient (OPD) clinic environment in Al Nahda, Dubai. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<p>This is an outpatient\u2011based (OPD) endocrinology role based at our HealthHub Clinic in Al Nahda, Dubai. The position is well suited to a Specialist Endocrinologist with strong outpatient experience who is comfortable managing chronic endocrine conditions, long\u2011term follow\u2011up, and high patient volumes in a community clinic setting. Candidates already familiar with the Al Nahda catchment area or similar high\u2011volume community clinics will be well positioned, though this is not a mandatory requirement. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive specialist endocrinology care in line with best\u2011practice clinical guidelines and Al\u2011Futtaim Health Medical Staff Bylaws. <\/li>\n<li>Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, metabolic and lipid disorders, osteoporosis, and pituitary and adrenal conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct detailed outpatient consultations and manage long\u2011term treatment and follow\u2011up plans. <\/li>\n<li>Order, interpret, and act on relevant laboratory and diagnostic investigations. <\/li>\n<li>Prescribe and monitor pharmacological therapies and provide clear guidance on medications, lifestyle modification, and preventive care. <\/li>\n<li>Support patients with complex or chronic endocrine conditions through structured follow\u2011up and care planning. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise effectively with patients, families, primary care physicians, and other specialists to optimise clinical outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Participate equitably in the on\u2011call roster, where applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development activities. <\/li>\n<li>Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with advances in endocrinology practice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile (Detailed) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>DHA\u2011licensed or DHA\u2011eligible Specialist Endocrinologist. <\/li>\n<li>Strong clinical competence across general endocrinology in an OPD setting. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable managing chronic endocrine conditions and long\u2011term patient follow\u2011up. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a busy outpatient or community clinic environment. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams. <\/li>\n<li>Patient\u2011focused, ethical, and quality\u2011driven in clinical practice. <\/li>\n<li>Team\u2011oriented, reliable, and adaptable. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Al Nahda area or similar high\u2011volume catchments is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Arabic language skills are an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications And Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>MBBS \/ MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution. <\/li>\n<li>Completion of a recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 Years Post\u2011qualification Experience At Specialist Level. <\/li>\n<li>Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Publications in peer\u2011reviewed journals are advantageous but not mandatory. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We Offer <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u2011day working week. <\/li>\n<li>Competitive salary with incentive structure. <\/li>\n<li>Flexible engagement models (Full\u2011Time or CBD). <\/li>\n<li>Health insurance, life assurance, and generous leave. <\/li>\n<li>Strong referral base and multidisciplinary clinical support. <\/li>\n<li>Clinic location: Al Nahda, Dubai. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Al-Futtaim Healthcare <\/h3>\n<p>We Hear Your Ambition.
