You will lead end-to-end engineering execution for our iOS app, driving step-function improvements in performance, reliability, and user experience while establishing technical excellence across the mobile stack. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Own end-to-end engineering execution for iOS, from architecture and roadmap through delivery and reliability. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive step-function performance improvements, targeting at least 50% reductions in app launch time, memory usage, and crash rates. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Design and operate robust observability, metrics, and automated testing systems to ensure consistent performance at scale. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lead iOS execution rituals including daily and weekly standups, backlog ownership in Linear, and tight cross-functional coordination with Product, Design, and Backend teams. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Translate product goals into clear dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to keep teams unblocked and shipping. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive mobile EHR integration excellence, ensuring seamless integration with Epic Haiku, Epic HyperSpace, and other mobile EHR platforms. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Founder-level ownership mindset.
