Fulfilment Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Track daily orders, fulfilment status, cancellations, and returns. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and store teams to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve order-related issues, customer complaints, and marketplace escalations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sales &#038; Performance Tracking <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, stock availability, and returns by marketplace. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on sales, margins, discounts, and operational KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend corrective actions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Pricing, Promotions &#038;
