<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition\u2019s activity <\/li>\n<li>Propose ways to improve the business: in store merchandizing, opening hours, product mix <\/li>\n<li>Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report <\/li>\n<li>Be present in the shop floor to generate sales and handling VIP customers <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u062e\u062f\u0645\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0632\u0628\u0627\u0626\u0646 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in customer service delivered and handle all complaints <\/li>\n<li>Ensure building, maintaining and using the customer database <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stock Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements <\/li>\n<li>Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action <\/li>\n<li>Prepare for the inventory <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>General Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regards of new launches, in store animation or renovation and provide feedback accordingly <\/li>\n<li>Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions, permits, security <\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer movement into the shop and detect any theft or violation <\/li>\n<li>Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer and monitor inventory and stock availability <\/li>\n<li>Check sales figures, assist in pricing adjustments <\/li>\n<li>Organize shop layout, merchandise and display items effectively on shelves <\/li>\n<li>Decorate and animate window displays as per the brand standards and guidelines <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular checks on the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and shelves <\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff compliance and proper implementation of procedures <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth and effective running of daily activities <\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display, lighting and stock rotation <\/li>\n<li>Implement all merchandising as per the brand\u2019s visual merchandising guidelines <\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff <\/li>\n<li>Can be involved in the recruitment process of Shop Staff and Sales Executives within the domain <\/li>\n<li>Manage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team reporting to him\/her <\/li>\n<li>Conduct the appraisal and assessment of own team members <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coaching and training own team members <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Communication with different departments <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconcile daily reports with Accounting Department <\/li>\n<li>Ascertain proper labeling and receipt of shipments with PSAS Department <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate figures on POS system with IT department as well as proper running of finger scan machine with HR Department <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Communication with Retail Manager <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare, discuss and set staff monthly objectives <\/li>\n<li>Supervise stock transfers and present monthly feedback on product movement <\/li>\n<li>Discuss staff related issues such as annual leaves, confirmations and ensure proper adherence to policies in practice <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the Development of a succession plan for the Boutique and report on staff performance and progress <\/li>\n<li>Provide relevant reports on periodic sales, stock movements to assist in buying\/buying reviews if necessary <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Your Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for at least 3 years, ideally in luxury evening wear and dresses. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for delivering world class customer experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of CRM, luxury clientele and evolving luxury retail trends. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, people management, and
