Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3312048<\/p>\n<p><p>To coordinate, plan and manage education related to breast feeding and related services for patients and family members <\/p>\n<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: <\/h3>\n<p>Develop and implement standards of care guidelines for assisting breastfeeding mothers <\/p>\n<p>Plan and coordinate patient and family member educational activities <\/p>\n<p>Develops and maintains current breastfeeding resource materials for educational purposes <\/p>\n<p>Assess patient breastfeeding progress and provide professional guidance and support <\/p>\n<p>Actively participate in relevant community initiatives aimed at raising awareness and education <\/p>\n<p>Maintain and update Key Performance Indicators according to the requirements of the Baby Friendly Hospital initiative <\/p>\n<h3>REQUIRED EDUCATION: <\/h3>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Nursing and\/or Midwifery from a recognised Nursing Institute <\/p>\n<p>IBCLC certification <\/p>\n<p>A post graduate qualification in Midwifery will be an advantage <\/p>\n<h3>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: <\/h3>\n<p>At least 2 years&#8217;
