They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what\u2019s next. <\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Head of Organic Growth to drive organic acquisition and conversion for Revolut Business globally. As a member of our management team, you&#8217;ll own strategy and execution for organic funnel performance. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll ensure Revolut Business is discoverable, accurately described, and competitively positioned using SEO and GEO operating systems. <\/p>\n<p>Up to shape what&#8217;s next in finance? Let&#8217;s get in touch. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruiting, coaching, and developing an Organic Growth team, and managing freelancers where needed <\/li>\n<li>Running weekly operating routines, including performance reviews, content pipeline, tech SEO backlog <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and optimising visibility in LLM answers or AI search results to identify coverage gaps, create or refresh authoritative sources, and improve entity clarity where relevant <\/li>\n<li>Partnering with Web and Engineering teams to ship technical SEO improvements <\/li>\n<li>Driving content planning and production, including funnel pages, landing pages, comparison pages, and use-cases, to maintain quality and conversion intent <\/li>\n<li>Leading link acquisition initiatives to build authority and rankings <\/li>\n<li>Setting-up measurement and attribution views for organic impact <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years organic growth or SEO experience in high-growth environments, such as SaaS or fintech <\/li>\n<li>A track record of scaling organic acquisitions with ownership of business outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in SEO, including keyword research, on-page, technical SEO, and link building <\/li>\n<li>The ability to work with engineers and ship technical change <\/li>\n<li>A data-driven mindset, and to be comfortable with attribution\/tooling discussions <\/li>\n<li>Excellent cross-functional leadership and ownership to succeed in a high-performance environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with international or multi-market SEO, including localisation workflows and multi-language content <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of programmatic SEO and scaled landing-page generation <\/li>\n<li>Experience in fintech, payments, or SME banking <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Building a global financial super app isn\u2019t enough.
