UNS is currently looking for a Technical Design Architect to join our Dubai office. <\/p>\n
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of multiple or large-scale projects, overseeing the overall design quality, technical integrity, feasibility, and budget. You will act as a key representative of the office, navigating complex challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural vision. <\/p>\n
Managing the internal and external coordination of all phases for large-scale projects. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Developing and advising on creative designs and technical solutions, ensuring the highest standards of Architect Design Excellence and Building Technology. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Identifying, anticipating, and controlling risks that could threaten the product, process, or the office’s position, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to mitigate them. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Solving technical problems and working out architectural solutions through innovative thinking, clearly documented through construction and shop drawings or details. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
5 -8 years of experience as an All-Around Architect, with extensive Middle East experience during design development, construction documentation, and construction administration stages. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience in producing facade, architectural, interior finish, and interface details is a must. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Comprehensive knowledge of products, materials, and typical construction methods. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is required. Proficient knowledge of Rhinoceros is highly favorable. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
