The client will arrange a work visa and relocation if not local. <\/p>\n<h3>Purpose of the Position <\/h3>\n<p>The Doctor of Orthopaedic Surgery (Veterinary) will diagnose, surgically treat, and manage orthopaedic conditions in pets belonging to the Royal Family and those cared for in the Rehabilitation Facility. The role focuses on domestic animals, delivering the highest standard of veterinary orthopaedic care within a private palace clinic environment. An exceptionally skilled, discreet, and compassionate veterinary surgeon is required, capable of working independently while collaborating closely with palace veterinarians, animal carers, and external specialists when needed. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications \/ Certification \/ Licenses <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent (mandatory) <\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification or board certification in Veterinary Orthopaedic Surgery (mandatory) <\/li>\n<li>Valid professional veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one in Jordan <\/li>\n<li>Continuous professional development in advanced orthopaedic techniques highly regarded <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 8\u201110 years experience as a Veterinary Surgeon, with a strong focus on orthopaedic surgery for pets <\/li>\n<li>Extensive hands\u2011on experience performing complex orthopaedic procedures (fracture repair, joint surgery, ligament repair, corrective surgery) <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in referral hospitals, specialist clinics, and UHNW\/private client environments preferred <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing pre\u2011operative, surgical, and post\u2011operative rehabilitation plans <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Skills \/ Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of small\u2011animal orthopaedic diagnostics and surgical techniques <\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in anaesthesia protocols and pain management for surgical cases <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of post\u2011operative rehabilitation and recovery planning <\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess mobility issues, chronic conditions, and long\u2011term joint health <\/li>\n<li>Calm, precise, and methodical approach to surgery and case management <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, able to explain procedures and outcomes clearly to non\u2011medical stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Roles &#038; Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and treat orthopaedic conditions affecting pets within the Royal household <\/li>\n<li>Perform advanced orthopaedic surgeries to the highest clinical standards <\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee post\u2011operative care, rehabilitation, and recovery programs <\/li>\n<li>Monitor ongoing mobility, pain management, and long\u2011term outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed and confidential medical records for all cases <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with palace veterinarians, animal handlers, and support staff <\/li>\n<li>Advise on preventative orthopaedic care, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all clinical practices comply with veterinary, safety, and hygiene standards <\/li>\n<li>Remain available for urgent or emergency orthopaedic cases as required <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working Hours <\/h3>\n<p>Full\u2011time role \u2013 6 days per week.
