Capacity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3312209<\/p>\n<p><h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Demand Forecasting &#038; Planning \u2013 Consolidate approved and pipeline demand into short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts. <\/li>\n<li>Translate portfolio priorities into capacity\u2011feasible delivery plans across ADM1, ADM2 and other delivery partners. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between business roadmap, approved funding, and available vendor capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor Capacity Management \u2013 Own capacity planning and utilization tracking for ADM1, ADM2 and other partners across all delivery streams. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a single version of truth for vendor capacity (MDs, skill mix, allocations, and burn rates). <\/li>\n<li>Optimize utilization by proactively balancing demand across vendors and delivery models. <\/li>\n<li>Capacity Utilization Management \u2013 Monitor and analyze planned vs actual utilization at vendor, program, and portfolio level. <\/li>\n<li>Identify risks of under\u2011utilization, over\u2011utilization, or skill mismatch, and recommend corrective actions. <\/li>\n<li>Support cost optimization by reducing idle capacity, unplanned ramp\u2011ups, and reactive sourcing. <\/li>\n<li>Portfolio &#038; Delivery Alignment \u2013 Partner with Demand Managers and Delivery teams to ensure realistic commitments based on capacity constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Support PI, quarterly, and release planning with capacity\u2011backed inputs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure waterfall and agile demands are planned cohesively within vendor capacity limits. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor Performance &#038; Governance \u2013 Act as the IT owner for capacity governance with ADM1 and ADM2 partners. <\/li>\n<li>Lead regular capacity and utilization reviews with vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Highlight delivery risks, dependency bottlenecks, and capacity gaps to IT leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Support financial planning and forecasting for vendor spend and capacity\u2011based contracts. <\/li>\n<li>Track utilization against contracted MDs, rate cards, and commercials. <\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to renewals, renegotiations, ramp\u2011up\/down decisions, and sourcing strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Reporting, Insights &#038; Continuous Improvement \u2013 Define and track key capacity KPIs (utilization\u202f%, forecast accuracy, idle capacity, demand coverage). <\/li>\n<li>Provide executive\u2011level dashboards and insights for CIO, Finance, and Portfolio forums. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve demand planning and capacity management processes and tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications, Experience and Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Data Analytics, IT or Business Management. <\/li>\n<li>10\u201315 years of experience in demand planning, capacity management, or portfolio roles. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing capacity and planning in ADM vendor landscapes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in telecom or large enterprise IT environments. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Data Analytics, Eazy BI, Jira Dashboards. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and planning skills with a financial mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance demand ambition with capacity and cost realities. <\/li>\n<li>Confident stakeholder and vendor management capability. <\/li>\n<li>Data\u2011driven decision making and scenario planning. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing capacity\u2011based delivery models (MD\u2011based). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall capacity planning. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ADM vendors and SI models. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and portfolio \/ capacity reporting tools. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Success Measures <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Improved utilization of ADM1 and ADM2 capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Reduced idle capacity and unplanned vendor spend. <\/li>\n<li>Higher forecast accuracy and delivery predictability. <\/li>\n<li>Strong alignment between portfolio priorities, funding, and vendor capacity. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-02-28 08:09:34<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-81301","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
