The role also carries out accounting and reporting activities in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p><b>General Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Management Accounting &#038; Reporting objectives are achieved in line with annual business plans, policies, and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Execute accounting and reporting activities as directed by the reporting manager. <\/li>\n<li>Manage departmental budgets, revenue, expenses, and capital expenditure processes. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage business unit budgets, including additions, transfers, and reductions. <\/li>\n<li>Consolidate budgets (revenue &#038; expenses) and coordinate with central finance for amendments and finalization. <\/li>\n<li>Handle revenue accounting for leasing (in line with IFRS 16) and licensing activities. <\/li>\n<li>Perform GL reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules at period-end. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze GL accounts to ensure accurate recording of transactions and rectify discrepancies. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate period-end adjustments and accrual entries to comply with accounting principles. <\/li>\n<li>Execute monthly and year-end closing cycles. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure reporting structures comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present monthly vacancy\/occupancy performance reports. <\/li>\n<li>Review cost allocations and allocation methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement financial policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Data Collection, Analysis &#038;
