Estate Investments &#038; Asset Management to lead the strategic deployment, management, and optimisation of the Family Office\u2019s real estate portfolio. <\/p>\n<p>This role will serve as the central point for investment origination, analysis, execution, asset performance oversight, and long-term value enhancement across a diverse portfolio including income-producing assets, development sites, joint ventures, and landbank holdings. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will blend deep investment expertise with hands\u2011on asset management execution, strong governance discipline, and investment strategies aligned with long\u2011term portfolio objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Manage capital allocation, diversification, portfolio rotation, and value\u2011creation programmes. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend monetisation opportunities and strategic redeployment initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain long\u2011term view across yields, capital growth, and portfolio risk dynamics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Deal Origination and Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and assess income assets, development opportunities, joint ventures, and structured investments. <\/li>\n<li>Lead valuation modelling (DCF, IRR, NPV) and underwriting papers. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate agreements, term sheets, structures, and financing arrangements. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver investment recommendations to the CIO and Investment Committee. <\/li>\n<li>Drive deal execution, documentation closure, and approval tracking. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Asset Management and Performance Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee existing income\u2011producing properties, leasing cycles, rent flows and enhancements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure operating assets meet yield targets, occupancy standards, and compliance requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Track portfolio\u2011wide IRR, NOI, occupancy rates and valuation changes. <\/li>\n<li>Manage valuation cycles via external valuers and auditors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Development and Landbank Oversight <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage vacant plots and development properties, assessing highest\u2011and\u2011best\u2011use. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate JV structures, development options, and timing decisions. <\/li>\n<li>Drive monetisation plans including divestment or JV execution.  <\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress, budget adherence and feasibility evolution. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Governance, Reporting and Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the governance model for real estate\u2011related decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Present performance reports to CIO and Investment Committee. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain structured reporting dashboards and portfolio trackers. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and supervise the real estate team. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Intelligence and Representation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor UAE sub\u2011markets for price movements, yields, absorption trends, and regulation. <\/li>\n<li>Build investment themes and forward\u2011looking market insights. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain pipeline database and comparable transaction benchmarks. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the Family Office in meetings, conferences and strategic external engagements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience and Education <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12\u201315 years\u2019 experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing acquisition execution and asset\u2011level performance. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of income asset oversight and monetisation structuring. <\/li>\n<li>Strong network with brokers, developers, and consulting ecosystem. <\/li>\n<li>MBA, CFA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Investment acumen and strong financial modelling capability. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership, stakeholder management, and cross\u2011functional coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Deep familiarity with UAE real estate regulatory environment. <\/li>\n<li>High
