Platform Operations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect and govern ServiceNow\u2011based managed services models, including support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee service transition, transformation, and steady\u2011state operations. <\/li>\n<li>Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational metrics, and platform health indicators. <\/li>\n<li>Drive cost optimization, automation, and platform efficiency initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>ITSM &#038; IT Asset Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design ITSM and ITAM architectures aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure CMDB integrity, asset lifecycle governance, compliance, and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Enable service performance visibility, automation, and experience improvement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Integration, Data &#038; AI (Complementary Skills) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define integration architectures between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (ERP, IAM, cloud, data platforms, CRM). <\/li>\n<li>Guide data architecture decisions related to ServiceNow reporting, analytics, and data exchange. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate AI\u2011driven capabilities (virtual agents, predictive intelligence, workflow automation) within ServiceNow and the wider ecosystem. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder &#038; Leadership Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage senior business, IT, and vendor stakeholders as a trusted architectural advisor. <\/li>\n<li>Present architectural options, trade\u2011offs, and recommendations at executive level. <\/li>\n<li>Balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery realities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay current on ServiceNow roadmap, releases, and emerging enterprise architecture practices. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation, platform evolution, and architectural maturity. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Requirements &#038;
