The focus is on increasing sales of products of both our BUs (Trading &#038; manufacturing) through upselling, cross\u2011selling, improving customer penetration, and ensuring consistent service excellence. The position is accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and collection targets while maintaining a strong customer relationship network across major 5\u2011star hotels and hospitality chains Hospitality (HoReCa) segment <\/li>\n<li>Must have experience handling key accounts in the 5\u2011star hotel category (Groups \/ Chains) <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in customer relationship management and service follow\u2011through <\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of HoReCa supply chain, food safety, and fresh produce handlingAbility to work in a fast\u2011paced, customer\u2011centric environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Description Agreement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers <\/li>\n<li>Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross\u2011selling new categories <\/li>\n<li>Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, Catering groups <\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&#038;B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms <\/li>\n<li>Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular market visits, identify
