We are scaling aggressively and seeking a visionary Head of Growth <\/b> to lead this expansion. <\/p>\n

About the Role <\/h3>\n

The Head of Growth will serve as the strategic driver of marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion across all five salons. <\/p>\n

This role requires a commercially minded leader who combines digital expertise, operational discipline, and team leadership to deliver measurable business growth. <\/p>\n

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead both marketing and sales functions and build scalable systems for long-term expansion. <\/p>\n

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across all salon locations <\/li>\n
  • Lead and mentor marketing and sales teams (10+ team members) <\/li>\n
  • Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value <\/li>\n
  • Oversee paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) <\/li>\n
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems and automated customer journeys <\/li>\n
  • Establish scalable processes to support multi-location expansion <\/li>\n
  • Deliver structured performance reports and strategic insights to the CEO <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Dubai <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty or luxury industry <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses with measurable results <\/li>\n
    • Strong expertise in: <\/li>\n
    • Meta Ads <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • TikTok Ads <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Google Ads <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members <\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English (Arabic language is a strong advantage) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
