Overview <\/h3>\n

We are seeking a proactive Market Access Executive to support pricing, reimbursement, payer engagement, and access-related activities for our pharmaceutical portfolio. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and documentation, working under the guidance of senior market access leadership. <\/p>\n

Key Roles & Responsibilities <\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Support implementation of market access strategies across government, private hospitals, insurance, and distributor channels. <\/li>\n
  • Assist with pricing, reimbursement, and coding submissions to insurance companies, PBMs, and relevant authorities. <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with sales, medical, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on access requirements. <\/li>\n
  • Support tender documentation, hospital listings, and formulary submissions. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update reimbursement trackers, approval dashboards, and access reports. <\/li>\n
  • Assist in preparation of value dossiers, payer presentations, and access documentation. <\/li>\n
  • Track reimbursement approvals, rejections, timelines, and escalation points. <\/li>\n
  • Build working relationships with insurance coordinators, hospital access teams, and distributors. <\/li>\n
  • Monitor basic policy or reimbursement changes and report insights to senior team members. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field. <\/li>\n
    • 2\u20134 years of experience in Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement, Insurance, Claims, or Hospital Access. <\/li>\n
    • Basic working knowledge of UAE\/GCC payer systems and reimbursement processes. <\/li>\n
    • Exposure to insurance claims, pre-authorizations, hospital access, or tenders is an advantage. <\/li>\n
    • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, documentation, and reporting. <\/li>\n
    • Good coordination and communication skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred \/ Added Advantage <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience interacting with insurance companies, PBMs, or hospital procurement teams. <\/li>\n
      • Understanding of health economics, budget impact, or cost-effectiveness concepts (basic level). <\/li>\n
      • UAE\/GCC healthcare system exposure. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
