communication with sellers, buyers, tenants, banks, and other financial institutions. <\/li>\n<li>Creating and attending commercial property valuations. <\/li>\n<li>Creating and attending commercial property viewings. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with prospective buyers\/tenants and sellers\/landlords from viewing through to offer stage. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression team. <\/li>\n<li>Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing. <\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with market trends in the local commercial property market. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>About You: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial or Residential real estate sales and\/or rental experience in the UAE and\/or UK preferably. <\/li>\n<li>RERA certified (We will assist with this if you do not have this). <\/li>\n<li>Positive and hardworking attitude. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and communication skills in English. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in a second language is advantageous. <\/li>\n<li>Presentable, professional, and honest. <\/li>\n<li>Smart business dress is required at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Our team is expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards. <\/li>\n<li>Punctuality and contribution to the development of the company are essential. <\/li>\n<li>An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and being
