Regulatory Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage statutory accounting requirements in line with local laws (commercial, labor, and tax regulations). <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit statutory reports and regulatory filings across countries of operation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tax Compliance &#038; Advisory <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, and other tax regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor tax compliance policies across the Group. <\/li>\n<li>Handle tax declarations, investigations, and correspondence with authorities. <\/li>\n<li>Support and drive tax optimization initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Audit &#038; Financial Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead external audits for consolidated Group accounts and individual entities. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial reporting alignment with IFRS. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate company valuations and due diligence with external consultants. <\/li>\n<li>Support internal audit activities, including risk assessments, audit planning, and follow\u2011up on financial actions in coordination with the Audit Committee and Group Internal Auditor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification. <\/li>\n<li>Strong IFRS knowledge supported by formal training or certification. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years\u2019 experience in a Big 4 \/ Big 10 audit firm (external audit and\/or tax). <\/li>\n<li>Experience auditing or advising companies within Architecture &#038;
