{"id":81814,"date":"2026-03-08T22:53:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T18:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-claims-consultant\/"},"modified":"2026-03-08T22:53:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T18:53:13","slug":"senior-claims-consultant","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-claims-consultant\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Claims Consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3313296<\/p>\n<p><p>Currie &#038; Brown is currently looking to recruit a Senior Claims Consultant specialized in Quantum and Claims to join our team in Dubai, working on interesting projects across the Middle East region. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider. <\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities for the successful candidate(s) will include: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing accurate claims advice and reporting to our clients <\/li>\n<li>Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments <\/li>\n<li>Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control <\/li>\n<li>Undertaking commercial and claims management services with limited supervision <\/li>\n<li>Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner <\/li>\n<li>Providing support to the team leader\/service leaders in the cost management of projects <\/li>\n<li>Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a BSc or equivalent in Quantity Surveying degree <\/li>\n<li>Ideally, hold or working towards a LLM qualification in Construction Law <\/li>\n<li>Professional member of MRICS <\/li>\n<li>At least 8 years experience gained within the construction industry <\/li>\n<li>PQS Consultancy background with at least 5 years experience in claims. <\/li>\n<li>Must be client-facing and diplomatic <\/li>\n<li>Ability to advise legal teams on technical aspects of construction disputes <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of FIDIC contracts <\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of contracting principles and practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Our corporate values <\/h3>\n<p>At Currie &#038; Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn&#8217;t matter where it comes from.
