The position oversees the creation, implementation and continuous optimization of all training initiatives, ensuring consistency, relevance and impact across both brands. <\/p>\n<p>The role works in close collaboration with Global Marketing and Commercial teams, external partners, and leads the global vision for the Brand Academies across owned boutiques and partner stores. <\/p>\n<p>This is a highly international role requiring frequent travel. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the global retail education strategy, in line with brand positioning, commercial objectives and customer experience standards. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the global reference and subject-matter expert for retail education across both brands. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the launch, implementation and evolution of the Brand Academies for owned boutiques and partner networks worldwide. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency of training standards while adapting programs to regional needs, market maturity and local constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Support and upskill regional education teams, fostering best practices and talent development <\/li>\n<li>Oversee all training preparation, delivery and follow-up activities in close collaboration with regional teams. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver key strategic trainings personally (global launches, flagship doors, regional seminars). <\/li>\n<li>Implement on-the-field coaching programs for top doors and key markets (role plays, observations, one-to-one coaching, in-store assessments). <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Global Brand Management, Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to measure training effectiveness and impact on retail performance. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze KPIs and feedback to continuously improve existing programs and design new initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact, customized training programs for beauty advisors worldwide, both in-class and through digital learning platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure excellence in brand storytelling, product knowledge, selling techniques and luxury customer experience. <\/li>\n<li>Drive brand culture by delivering and overseeing onboarding programs for new joiners and new store openings. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Global Brand Management to ensure all educational content is fully aligned with brand strategy, launches and long-term vision. <\/li>\n<li>Define global learning priorities and collaborate with regions on annual and launch-related training calendars. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the update, optimization and innovation of content on digital training tools and platforms. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Role &#8211; Specific Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic and results-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of luxury retail, client experience and performance-driven education <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management abilities <\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across regions and functions <\/li>\n<li>Adaptable, autonomous and comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments <\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and passion for brand, products and people development <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Desired Background &#038;
