multidisciplinary pediatric and critical care team. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>The Consultant PICU Physician will provide advanced critical care management to neonates, infants, children, and adolescents with life\u2011threatening medical and surgical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and family\u2011centered care. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide comprehensive clinical care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU. <\/li>\n<li>Lead daily multidisciplinary rounds and develop individualized treatment plans. <\/li>\n<li>Manage complex pediatric emergencies, including respiratory failure, sepsis, cardiac conditions, trauma, and post\u2011operative care. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and support junior physicians, residents, and allied healthcare professionals. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialties, including cardiology, neurology, surgery, and anesthesiology. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives, clinical governance, and patient safety programs. <\/li>\n<li>Support the development of evidence\u2011based PICU protocols aligned with international standards. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to education, mentoring, and continuous medical education activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical degree with completion of an accredited Pediatric Critical Care \/ PICU fellowship. <\/li>\n<li>Board certification (American Board, UK CCT, or Canadian Board). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u20137 years post\u2011consultant experience in Pediatric Intensive Care preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Eligibility for DHA Consultant license.
