We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented <b>Head of Sales \u2013 Air Freight Business Development <\/b> with a <b>strong hunter sales <\/b> mentality to lead aggressive market expansion and revenue growth within the air freight division. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilites <\/h3>\n<h3>Business Development &#038; Revenue Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve ambitious air freight revenue targets. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, prospect, and close new clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach. <\/li>\n<li>Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and convert leads into long-term business relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Focus heavily on new account acquisition (hunter profile) rather than account maintenance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client &#038; Commercial Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with key decision-makers across industries. <\/li>\n<li>Lead commercial negotiations, RFQs, pricing discussions, and contract finalization. <\/li>\n<li>Design tailored air freight solutions aligned with client supply chain requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Market Strategy &#038; Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor market trends, airline capacity, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives within the air freight vertical. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain structured pipeline tracking and accurate sales forecasting. <\/li>\n<li>Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership. <\/li>\n<li>Drive KPIs aligned with revenue growth, gross margin, and customer acquisition targets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8\u201315+ years of proven experience in air freight forwarding sales or logistics business development. <\/li>\n<li>Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record of winning new business and closing high-value accounts. <\/li>\n<li>Existing network of shippers, freight forwarders, and corporate clients within the UAE\/GCC is a strong advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of air cargo products, airline networks, pricing structures, and international trade regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial acumen. <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English;
