Acquiring \u2013 POS &#038; E-commerce Payment Gateway 2. SME Lending 3. WPS (Wage Protection System) 4. B2B Remittance. <\/p>\n<p>This is a horizontal product leadership role responsible for ensuring a seamless, unified, and intuitive merchant experience across onboarding, activation, usage, servicing, and expansion. The role requires strong stakeholder orchestration across multiple product managers, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and commercial teams. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the End-to-End Merchant Journey <\/li>\n<li>Define and continuously optimize the merchant lifecycle: acquisition \u2192 onboarding \u2192 activation \u2192 growth \u2192 retention. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in UX, flows, pricing transparency, and servicing experience. <\/li>\n<li>Identify friction points across products and drive cross-functional improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Cross-Product Experience Strategy <\/li>\n<li>Develop and articulate a unified Merchant Experience Vision. <\/li>\n<li>Standardize onboarding, KYC journeys, dashboards, reporting, notifications, and support models. <\/li>\n<li>Align design systems and product patterns across POS, Gateway, Lending, WPS, and Remittance. <\/li>\n<li>Drive omnichannel coherence across app, web, and merchant portals. <\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Leadership &#038; Alignment <\/li>\n<li>Act as the central experience owner across product silos. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with PMs across all verticals. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Customer <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Success <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate cross-product prioritization and resolve trade-offs. <\/li>\n<li>Influence roadmap decisions to balance vertical goals with horizontal excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Merchant Insights &#038; Data-Driven Optimization <\/li>\n<li>Establish and track experience KPIs: activation rate, time-to-live, onboarding drop-offs, cross-sell conversion, NPS, retention. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage analytics and merchant feedback to drive improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Lead usability testing and merchant research initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Operational Excellence &#038; Service Design <\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless handoffs between product lines (e.g., acquiring to lending eligibility). <\/li>\n<li>Improve servicing journeys including settlements, refunds, loan repayments, payroll processing. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with operations to reduce manual processes and turnaround times. <\/li>\n<li>Drive automation and self-serve capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Governance &#038;
