Build and scale a high-performing team, work closely with Product, Clinical, Security, and Customer Success, and ensure integrations are robust, secure, HIPAA compliant, and loved by customers. <\/p>\n<h3><b>What You Must Bring: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years managing and scaling teams in high-growth early stage startups <\/li>\n<li>Deep integrations experience across industries with the ability to quickly master healthcare data standards and EHRs <\/li>\n<li>Strong system design skills: microservices, REST or gRPC, message buses like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and SQL or NoSQL design <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript. Familiarity with React and TypeScript integration patterns is a plus <\/li>\n<li>CI\/CD and cloud expertise: GitHub Actions or Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes, AWS or GCP or Azure <\/li>\n<li>Security and compliance knowledge: HIPAA and SOC 2, security reviews, threat modeling <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication with technical and non\u2011technical stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Experience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startup <\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>First\u2011Month Focus <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Audit current integrations, reliability, and security posture. Kick off hiring for two key roles <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>90 Day OKRs <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver one net\u2011new EHR connector to production or pilot, and set a repeatable template to hit Q4 target of 5 integrations <\/li>\n<li>Establish gold\u2011standard CI\/CD and observability: p95 deploy time under 15 minutes, error budget policy in place, on\u2011call rotation running <\/li>\n<li>Reduce integration incident rate and MTTR by 30 percent through automated monitoring, alerting, and self\u2011healing <\/li>\n<li>Define and drive a unified integrations strategy across FHIR, HL7, DICOM, and custom partner APIs <\/li>\n<li>Lead design and hands\u2011on development of core connectors for Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, Meditech, and others <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, mentor, and grow an integrations and reliability engineering team.
