This role owns the end-to-end loop: <b>Standards \u2192 Training \u2192 Daily Execution \u2192 QC\/Audits \u2192 Coaching \u2192 Continuous Improvement <\/b>. This is a <b>delivery role <\/b>. You will build what does not exist, implement it fast, and enforce it with managers on the floor. <\/p>\n<h3>Scope <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi-site caf\u00e9 operations (17 outlets) <\/li>\n<li>Heavy field presence (outlets and production where relevant) <\/li>\n<li>Direct accountability for standardization, discipline, and consistency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Standards &#038; SOP System <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a complete SOP framework: templates, format, naming, versioning, approvals, review cycles. <\/li>\n<li>Create operationally realistic SOPs and \u201cbuild cards\u201d for applicable routines. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure standards are short, visual, executable, and consistently used. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Execution System (Checklists &#038; Routines) <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement non-negotiable daily\/weekly routines across outlets <\/li>\n<li>Make compliance visible; drive follow-through and accountability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Training &#038; Certification <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Build role-based pathways and certification for all team members. <\/li>\n<li>Implement assessments and on-floor validation (competence, not attendance). <\/li>\n<li>Establish retraining and recertification rules for critical standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>QC, Audits &#038; Corrective Actions <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and run an audit program: daily manager checks, weekly audits, monthly deep audits. <\/li>\n<li>Implement corrective action management: assign, track, verify closure, eliminate repeat failures. <\/li>\n<li>Define critical control points (quality\/safety\/compliance) and enforce consistently. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Program Delivery &#038; Governance <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Pilot in 2\u20133 outlets, then rollout in waves across all outlets. <\/li>\n<li>Establish governance: content ownership, update approvals, scheduled reviews, change logs. <\/li>\n<li>Run a weekly cadence: scorecards, root-cause actions, and clear escalation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>KPIs (measured weekly) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>On-time checklist completion % by outlet <\/li>\n<li>Training completion + pass rate by role <\/li>\n<li>Audit score improvement and reduction in repeat non-compliance <\/li>\n<li>Time-to-competency for new hires <\/li>\n<li>Reduction in customer complaints \/ product inconsistency incidents <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Must-have <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi-site F&#038;B experience ( caf\u00e9 chains \/ hospitality groups). <\/li>\n<li>Proven delivery of SOPs, checklists, audits, and training across multiple locations. <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience implementing and scaling a frontline learning + communications + execution system (e.g., platforms used for digital SOPs, training pathways, assessments, checklists, audits, and outlet-level reporting). <\/li>\n<li>Field leadership: can coach, challenge, and enforce standards with outlet managers. <\/li>\n<li>Strong execution discipline: ships weekly deliverables, closes gaps, follows through. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Nice-to-have <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>QA\/food safety audit experience and strong hygiene control mindset. <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading rollout programs (pilot \u2192 wave deployment). <\/li>\n<li>Experience operating in GCC\/UAE frontline environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working Style <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Field-first.
