The architect will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, governance, and delivery of a solution comprising <b>Genesys CCaaS <\/b>, <b>Kore.ai <\/b> conversational AI, <b>HIVE analytics <\/b>, <b>Azure OpenAI services <\/b>, <b>Microsoft Dynamics CRM <\/b>, <b>multi-cloud environments (Azure &#038; AWS) <\/b>, and associated networking, hardware, and software infrastructure. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have hands\u2011on expertise in enterprise\u2011scale solution delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align technical execution with business outcomes. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical Delivery Oversight <\/li>\n<li>Lead the architecture, design, and technical governance of the Unified Contact Center solution across all platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee partner\/vendor teams delivering Genesys CCaaS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Kore.ai, and other solution components. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment of solution delivery with enterprise architecture standards, security, and compliance frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Solution Architecture &#038; Integration <\/li>\n<li>Define integration patterns between Genesys, Kore.ai, Dynamics, Azure OpenAI, HIVE, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS). <\/li>\n<li>Establish APIs, middleware, and data flow governance across CRM, AI, and contact center layers. <\/li>\n<li>Design high\u2011availability, scalable, and resilient architecture for multi\u2011cloud deployments. <\/li>\n<li>Governance &#038; Compliance <\/li>\n<li>Implement architecture guardrails, patterns, and technical standards for the program. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE data residency, telecom, and information security regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct design reviews and approve solution blueprints. <\/li>\n<li>Vendor &#038; Stakeholder Management <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary technical authority between internal teams, system integrators, and technology vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical direction during project execution, risk assessments, and issue resolution. <\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into technical deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Innovation &#038; Future Readiness <\/li>\n<li>Drive the adoption of AI\/ML and automation capabilities to enhance customer experience. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure solution scalability for future roadmap items (agentic AI, omni\u2011channel expansion, advanced analytics). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. <\/li>\n<li>Experience: 12+ years in enterprise architecture \/ solution delivery roles. <\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience specifically in Contact Center \/ CRM \/ AI platform implementations. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in the design and deployment of enterprise\u2011scale Genesys Cloud implementations, covering digital channels (chat, email, social media) and complex IVR flows. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in architecting and delivering integrations between Genesys Cloud and third\u2011party platforms, including but not limited to AI\u2011powered conversational platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Voice biometric solutions for authentication and fraud prevention (e.g., DAON, Nuance Gatekeeper, or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Customer feedback management solutions (e.g., Hive, Medallia, Qualtrics, or similar). <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics CRM for customer data synchronization and screen\u2011pop functionalities. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud APIs, Webhooks, Platform SDKs, and overall architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of REST\/JSON APIs, web services, and event\u2011driven architecture. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem\u2011solving abilities and the capacity to lead cross\u2011functional teams in a fast\u2011paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with data visualization and reporting using Microsoft Power BI. <\/li>\n<li>A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and services, particularly on Microsoft Azure. <\/li>\n<li>Previous experience designing and implementing IVR network connectivity, including SIP trunking, toll\u2011free number provisioning, and carrier management. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance technical rigor with practical delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Certifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification. <\/li>\n<li>Genesys Cloud Architect or Professional certifications. <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Azure Solutions Architect. <\/li>\n<li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect. <\/li>\n<li>AI\/ML or Conversational AI\u2011related certifications (Kore.ai, Azure AI, etc.). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-28 08:10:15<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-82021","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
