{"id":82068,"date":"2026-03-08T23:08:19","date_gmt":"2026-03-08T19:08:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/directors-of-admissions-and-marketing\/"},"modified":"2026-03-08T23:08:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-08T19:08:20","slug":"directors-of-admissions-and-marketing","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/directors-of-admissions-and-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"Directors of Admissions and Marketing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3313879<\/p>\n<p><p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0648\u0642\u0639: <\/b> School-based &#8211; Abu Dhabi and Dubai <\/p>\n<p>Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit <b>Directors of Admissions &#038; Marketing (DAM) <\/b> to join our expanding network of schools across the UAE. <\/p>\n<p>We are looking for dynamic strategic and creative leaders to drive student enrolment strengthen school reputation and ensure every family experiences exceptional service at every stage of their journey &#8211; from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond. <\/p>\n<h3>The Role <\/h3>\n<p>We seek individuals to join as a <b>Directors of Admissions &#038; Marketing <\/b> where your focus will be: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the schools <b>Marketing Admissions and Communications (MAC) <\/b> strategy to drive new enrolments and ensure strong re-enrolment rates. <\/li>\n<li>Delivering an outstanding <b>Family Experience Journey <\/b> ensuring families receive first-class service at every touchpoint. <\/li>\n<li>Developing and executing the schools <b>brand marketing communications and digital strategy <\/b> to position the school competitively in the market. <\/li>\n<li>Using <b>data and insights <\/b> to analyse performance forecast pipeline activity and guide continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Managing the <b>MAC budget <\/b> to deliver maximum impact and efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Overseeing <b>Salesforce (CRM) <\/b> data integrity ensuring accurate forecasting and effective pipeline management. <\/li>\n<li>Coaching and developing a high-performing <b>MAC team <\/b> fostering collaboration creativity and excellence. <\/li>\n<li>Building strong relationships with <b>regional and central MAC teams <\/b> as well as external partners such as relocation agents feeder schools embassies and corporate networks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Successful Candidates Will Possess: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Degree qualification <\/b> in marketing communications business or a related field (essential) <\/li>\n<li>Minimum <b>seven years experience <\/b> in marketing brand building or enrolment management roles within a service-driven environment <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to <b>lead coach and develop teams <\/b> to achieve commercial objectives <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>CRM systems (Salesforce) <\/b> analytics and data-driven decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Excellent <b>project management and communication skills <\/b> with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels <\/li>\n<li>A strategic mindset with a focus on <b>innovation collaboration and growth <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Experience within <b>education or the premium service sector <\/b> (advantageous) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>Nord Anglia Education is the worlds leading international schools organisation.
