Candidate Type \u2013 Expatriate, Native English Speaker. <\/p>\n<h3>Position Overview <\/h3>\n<p>The Head of School is the academic and administrative leader responsible for implementing the school\u2019s vision and mission, managing faculty and staff, ensuring IB program fidelity and upholding academic excellence and student well\u2011being. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of the school\u2019s strategic goals. <\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong IB ethos aligned with the school\u2019s mission and vision. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee curriculum planning and delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Drive innovation in teaching and learning methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, retain and develop a high\u2011performing team of educators and administrators. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development aligned with IB pedagogy. <\/li>\n<li>Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for students. <\/li>\n<li>Support holistic development in line with IB learner profile attributes. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with parents and guardians. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the school in public forums and build relationships with the community. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the school budget in coordination with the finance team. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee infrastructure, admissions, events and safety protocols. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Education or related field. <\/li>\n<li>IB leadership training. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 20 years of experience in education with at least 10 years in IB. <\/li>\n<li>5 years experience as Principal in an IB school. Proven experience with IB authorization and evaluation processes. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead in multicultural and international contexts. <\/li>\n<li>IB workshop leader, examiner or school consultant experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling all three IB programs (PYP, MYP, DP) and IGCSE. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international school accreditation standards (e.g., CIS, NEASC). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compensation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits aligned with international school standards. <\/li>\n<li>Housing allowance. <\/li>\n<li>Other perks as mutually agreed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>To Apply <\/h3>\n<p>Please share your CV and cover letter to (contact email).
